This traditional terrace and ready for a refresh and revamp and is eagerly waiting to be turned into a fabulous home.

Set in Stoke with local amenities on the doorstep, there is much you can do to create something special in the two bedrooms and reception rooms.

With pen and paper in hand ready to jot down some ideas, hop over the front step and into the hallway.

As you would expect in a home of this heritage, the ceilings are nice and high and give a great sense of space. First stop, the living room to your right.

You have all you need here to mould this into a cosy and warm living room where you can kick off your shoes, grab the remote and settle down for an evening of doing as little as possible. With some new décor, soft furnishings and fresh flooring this room could be truly uplifted.

The room next door is the perfect place to create a delightful dining room. There is space for a table and chairs with a spot for everyone to grab a seat for midweek mealtimes and special occasions.

Next on the tour is the kitchen which is ready for some new cabinets, sleek worktops and top notch appliances. Add some attractive floor tiles matched with bright new paint on the walls and some snazzy lighting and this could be a kitchen to enjoy working in.

A door leads out to a rear courtyard with room for a table where you can eat under the shade of a parasol on sunny days. A brick pathway takes you to a gate leading out to access beyond and a flower bed to the right hand side could be planted with spring bulbs and summer colour.

Venture back inside and upstairs to have a look at the bedrooms.

At the top of the stairs and straight ahead is the bathroom. This is exceptionally large and offers a wealth of possibilities. How about installing a roomy walk in shower enclosure and sumptuous freestanding bath matched with a modern suite and décor to create a luxurious room with a spa vibe? There is much can do here without having to compromise on space.

Both of the bedrooms are a good size with high ceilings and the potential to be reimagined and transformed into beautiful rooms you will love to spend the night.

So, now you have seen the possibilities that lie within this traditional terrace, are you ready to roll your sleeves up and get started on making it a fab home?
