This two bedroom semidetached is full of potential and possibilities and could easily be transformed into your perfect family home.

Set in Tittensor and surrounded by countryside, there is plenty of room inside and great gardens outside making it a great place to settle down.

The front garden is hidden away behind green hedges which help to keep things nice and private and the home itself is set well back from the road. Should you wish, you could reconfigure the garden to include some off road parking without having to sacrifice too much space.

Wander along the path and step inside to begin your tour. The entrance hallway is roomy enough to stow coats and shoes and leads to the rear where you will discover the living room.

This a brilliant size and has more than enough room for comfy sofas and chairs to relax on. The bay window to the front lets in lots of natural light and gives a great view of the garden. With new carpet, fresh décor and some personal touches this could become a cosy and snug spot for the family to curl up together in the evening.

Just next door is the kitchen and this is a room you could really uplift and upgrade – how about adding some shiny new cabinets paired with snazzy worktops, attractive flooring and top notch appliances? However you go about making this your dream kitchen, the view out to the rear garden will provide you with a welcome distraction for your chores.

Continue through to the rear porch (taking a quick peek at the downstairs loo as you do) and then step into an unexpected surprise tucked away – a room that could pretty much be whatever you want it to be. An office, playroom, study or home gym? The choice is yours! As you ponder what to do with this room, why not take a stroll round the garden as you think things over.

As you step from the rear porch, you will immediately be impressed with the size of the garden and how secluded and private it is. Lawns stretch a fair way to the back fence and beyond that is nothing but open fields and lush greenery. Trees on either side provide welcome shade on a sunny day and help keep the garden sheltered. And if you are looking for somewhere to put your garden furniture, there is a good sized patio where you can dine in the fresh air and entertain guests on a lovely day.

After spending some time in the garden, pop your thinking cap back on and head upstairs to have a look at the bedrooms and formulate plans to forge them into something fabulous.

But before reaching the bedrooms, make a beeline into the bathroom.

This is ready to be rejuvenated, revitalised and restored into something luxurious and spa like. Pop in a new tub, add a rainfall shower and some smart new fittings to turn this into a place to pamper and preen.

The first of the bedrooms is a great size double and has the potential to become a relaxing and restful retreat for you to retire to at the end of a long day. And when you wake, you can enjoy views of the garden and beyond before marching downstairs to get started on breakfast.

Next door is the second bedroom which is also a generous size. You can enjoy the morning sunshine as it streams through the windows and at the end of the day, stretch out in comfort as you snuggle under the covers for a dream filled sleep.

Tittensor is ideally located close to open countryside and not far away you can explore Trentham Estate or Barlaston Downs. So if you have a head full of ideas and are ready to roll up your sleeves and shape it into something wonderful, this home offers the opportunity to do just that.
